Envision and The Beck Group were selected by the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority to provide design-build services for the roof replacement at Airside E. Due to persistent moisture intrusion and ongoing maintenance challenges, the existing standing seam metal roof had reached a premature end of service life. The scope of work includes removing and replacing the standing seam metal roofing system, upgrading the low-slope asphaltic roofing, and wet sealing the curtain wall glazing in targeted areas to extend its service life.
Further investigation and testing will identify any additional remediation needs as part of the early phases of the work. All upgrades are being completed within an active terminal environment, requiring careful planning and phased coordination to avoid disruption to airport operations.
In collaboration with our CM partner, The Beck Group, Envision provided comprehensive support across all phases of the project to include executive oversight, project management, field supervision, preconstruction services, and client engagement. Our integrated role ensured alignment, continuity, and excellence from pursuit to delivery.
