Envision completed flooring replacement for Moffitt Cancer Center’s Neuro Clinic in the MCB building, including the waiting room, work room, offices, and clinic corridors. In addition to flooring replacement, our SPD team self-performed painting, drywall repairs, and final cleaning to deliver a complete, polished turnover after each phase.
To maintain daytime clinic operations, the project was carefully phased for weekend execution. Envision completed one phase each weekend over eight weeks, coordinating temporary containment, air management, access controls, and work-area separation around active exam rooms and patient corridors.
Originally scheduled for 13 weeks, the project was resequenced and completed five weeks early, with all flooring successfully replaced while daily clinic operations continued uninterrupted.
