Allen Greene started in the flooring industry in the maintenance sector which lead him to pursue being a floor coverings installer. He personally installed all flooring types for many years and eventually went to start his own company in which he ran more than 22 crews simultaneously all over the state of Florida. He has trained many helpers and installers over the course of his career and also has been trained and certified by some of the top flooring manufactures in the Industry. Later in his career, Allen was recruited by U.S. Installations as a state certified trainer and inspector for all flooring types, mediating and directing some of the most challenging projects while implementing installation processes and procedures to eliminate failures of floor covering systems at all phases. He has always had a passion for sharing his vast knowledge and experience in the industry with others.
