We've learned first hand that more can be accomplished by building people first.

Beck and Envision, with one mission in mind, have combined our efforts in order to create a pipeline of minority-owned firms that will be well-equipped for working with our teams on all of our future projects. This is the main reason why we’ve implemented the Minority Mentorship Protege Program and the reason why we’ve created a system that is unlike any other. What sets our Minority Mentorship Protege Program apart from others, is our genuine desire to see our program partners accomplish the goal of becoming better at who they are and what they do, not only for partnering with our teams but also for bettering their communities.
The Power of Being able to Relate
While in the Mentorship Protege Program, participants have the opportunity of learning what it takes to be successful in completing projects on our team. Some of the subject matter that is covered throughout our class sessions are: Subcontract Agreements, Insurance, Pay Requests, Holds, ODP, Safety, Quality Control and many more. Envision and Beck together are responsible for hand-selecting each company that is invited to participate in the Mentorship Protege Program. When selecting these candidates, our teams look for companies who have been active in their community’s but may need a push in the right direction in becoming the quality MBE that they have the potential to be.
